THE LONGEST SHOW EVER: Band of Outsiders Spring/Summer 2013

Starting June 27, 2013 and ending 9:30pm on the 29 of July, Band of Outsiders staged the longest show ever. It was performed not on a runway but with a window in a Parisian gallery with only one male model standing for 60 straight hours and only leaving for 90 minutes to change. “It was the most impactful thing I’ve ever done”, said Sternberg as he possibly made the biggest fuss in the industry. It might be prolonged too much but the outcome, when seen as a whole, is just stupendous. The overall color palette, hooded anorak poncho, their famous sweatsuits and sharp looks with a touch of camouflage just made everything worth the wait.
